The 2020 Ticketing Process: The Ocean Center requires everyone who needs a seat to have a ticket. Please understand that tickets are limited. Graduates do not need a ticket.

Ticket distribution will begin at the beginning of May (exact date and schedule TBD). With the growing size of our graduating classes, we have had to adjust the number of tickets available to each graduate. For the 2020 graduation, each graduate is guaranteed up to 8 admission tickets free of charge.

Distribution Process:

Round 1: (5-7 day window TBA), each graduating senior is allowed up to 8 tickets.

Round 2:  (3-4 day window TBA), the activities office will release more tickets to graduates (a graduate may come one time to ask for “up to certain number” until we run out). The exact number available per family during this round will depend on the number of graduates and what everyone claims in round 1. This round is NOT guaranteed.

Round 3: (Tuesday May 26th at 7:00pm in the FPC activities office), this is not guaranteed but more likely to happen than round 2. Every senior or family representative (ID must match senior information in skyward) standing in line at 7:00pm will be given a number. The number of tickets we have will be divided by that number of seniors to determine how many tickets each family can claim.

The Ocean Center will have a minimum of 100 tickets the night of the ceremony. The box office opens for distribution one hour before the ceremony.

Graduation Location: It will take you at least an hour to drive to the Ocean Center from Palm Coast due to traffic. Please plan to arrive early. Graduates report to the expo hall on the west side of the building, spectators go to the arena.

Seniors, you are not allowed to carry anything under or over your gown. Please refrain from bringing anything. Every ticket holder, including children, may carry an approved clear bag or a clutch purse. One clear bag no larger than 12”x6”x12” or a one-gallon clear “Ziploc”-style bag. One small clutch bag or purse no larger than 6.5”x6.5”, with or without a strap. Diapers and wipes may be carried in a clear bag; however, diaper bags are not permitted.

Additional clothing, blankets, etc. are allowed, as long as they are carried loosely; Preferably over the shoulder so they can get through screening faster or in an approved clear bag. Small cameras, binoculars, and cell phones may be carried loosely or in an approved clear bag
