Positive Behavior Support

Florida Positive Behavior

This school years goal will be to expand PBS (Positive Behavior Supports) to recognize other attributes such as the “A’s”

  • Attitude
  • Academics
  • Arts
  • Acts of Service
  • Acts of Kindness
  • Athletics

At Flagler Palm Coast High School we acknowledge our students and faculty members who excel and/or go above and beyond in academics, arts, attitude, athletics, acts of service and acts of kindness. As part of our Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) and our FPC “A” Team, students and faculty members are encouraged to nominate one another for recognition of demonstrating one or more of our "A" attributes.

Individuals (Staff or Student) choosing to nominate someone must write their nominees name on the electronic questionnaire and also their own name. They must also write a short reason why they are nominating the other individual based on that person's “A” attribute demonstrated.

Click here to nominate someone for a dog bone.
Using the nomination system, weekly prizes and recognition will be awarded to individuals. Students must be signed into the email given to them by the school at the beginning of the year (username@flaglercps.org). When a student or staff member is nominated, they will receive an email stating the reason that they were nominated and will be given a bulldog token by Coach Scala-Sanders along with a paper stating what the token can be used for.

If you are a parent, community member, student or staff member that would like to know more about PBIS or help in any way please email Erin Davis.
